2. Use of Services

IQ2LT grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access our services for their intended purposes, such as applying for accreditation and accessing informational resources. You agree not to use the services for any unlawful purpose, impersonate any entity, or interfere with the services' operations.

3. Accreditation Services

Institutions seeking IQ2LT accreditation must submit a formal application and provide accurate documentation. All accreditation decisions are made by IQ2LT's designated committees based on our published evaluation criteria. Accredited institutions must maintain compliance with our standards and participate in periodic reviews.

4. Fees and Payment

Certain services require the payment of fees, which will be communicated upon application. Fees paid for accreditation services are generally non-refundable, except as specified in your service agreement. Late payments may result in the suspension of services.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content and features of the services, including text, graphics, and logos, are the exclusive property of IQ2LT and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. The IQ2LT name and logo may not be used without our prior written permission. Accredited institutions are granted a limited license to use our accreditation seals in accordance with our Usage Guidelines.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The services are provided on an "as is" basis. IQ2LT does not guarantee that services will be error-free or that accreditation will be granted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IQ2LT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the services or from any accreditation decision.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved first through informal negotiation and then through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
